ABOUT KARISSA

Makeup artist, hairstylist, and educator: Karissa McLaren has created looks for some of the biggest brands in the beauty business over her 25-year career.

Karissa spent many years in Melbourne working backstage, on brand photoshoots and on editorial campaigns, and was represented by talent agency Coco Productions. She was also head trainer at a prestigious makeup academy during this period.

Currently based in Queensland,, Karissa is widely known for her modern signature style and versatility. Karissa operates as a freelance artist, also represented by @arccreative, working with an enviable kit that enables her work across all genres and trends.

Karissa is available for bookings around Australia in Commercial, Fashion, Editorial, E-Comm, Advertising, TVC, Corporate, Event, Airbrush, Bodyart and Education.
